Understanding the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the Comforter referred to by Jesus, who has come to 1) remind believers of the things He taught; 2) teach us all truth; 3) show us things to come; 4) convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgement; and 5) guarantees us for the inheritance in Christ, among other benefits.
The realisation of these benefits shall only come to fruition if we learn to live in the Spirit. We are often overwhelmed by flesh and bodies. The tendency to derogate spiritual things is therefore high. We do this to our peril. Nevertheless, the fullness of the experience of the Kingdom is linked to living in the spirit.
We shall attempt to encourage the adoption of a new lifestyle that makes us aware of the spiritual world with view to maximising the truths available to us in God.

He is loving, calm and enthusing, yet not to be taken lightly. He is the most important exclusive gift that one qualifies for when one gets born again. He is God, inhabiting humanity. He is the unseen wealth that many treat with levity to their ruin. May we arise to the realisation of His presence and start living REAL life in the Kingdom!
