Leadership principles: Obedience to authorities (Esther)


It is a mistake to assume that leaderships stumble on people in a random manner. Definitely time-proven principles are available to predict would-be successful leaders. Some of these disciplines might be perceived as retrogressive at the time they are given. However, it will definitely prove successful in the time of God's choosing.

Identify factors that helped Esther to climb to the ladder of authority in a foreign land

What practical ways can we put these principles to work in our church?

Summary. When we surrendered our lives to Jesus, we permitted the reins of our lives to be drawn towards directions of God's pleasure. Endurance of His discipleship is a sure way of ending well. As believers, things do not just happen to us, but happen for our sakes. Keep your vision in focus and be obedient even when it hurts.

Self Evaluation

We are encouraged to routinely check on ourselves so as to avoid condemnation. Judging oneself prevents others from judging us. Also, as we get close to the end of the year, it will be helpful to sit back, critically take a fair look at things that have transpired spiritually and otherwise, and ascertain areas of improvement for the future. Goal driven life -Introduction

It is a true statement the fact that if you aim at nothing, you hit something; and that is, Nothing.  It is a factual lie that the good things that happen to us do so by chance.
